Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has officially launched in Will County, making it possible for parents to register their children (ages 0–5) for Dolly Parton’s FREE book-gifting program. This exciting opportunity supports early literacy development and helps prepare children for Kindergarten. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this program will have on young learners in the Peotone community.
Families are encouraged to spread the word—especially to those with new babies or children not yet in school!
The Imagination Library Program is a nonprofit organization founded by Dolly Parton in 1988. Since its launch in 1995, it has grown into the world’s leading early childhood book-gifting program. Recently celebrating its 30th anniversary, the Imagination Library has gifted more than 250 million free books to children across the globe.
Parents in Will County can now register to receive free, high-quality, age-appropriate books mailed directly to their children each month—from birth until their fifth birthday. To learn more and register, visit WillCountyImaginationLibrary.org.
